My Story
A few years ago, I made a decision to get serious about my health. What followed was a deep dive into longevity medicine — working closely with specialized healthcare providers, overhauling my nutrition, building a movement practice, and exploring therapies that have genuinely changed the trajectory of my health. I feel better now than I have in years. My energy is consistent, my mind is clear, and my labs reflect a biological age that does not match my chronological one.

How It Works
EllieMD connects you to medical providers, trusted programs, and a licensed partner pharmacy, for care that's affordable, accessible, and designed to fit your life.
STEP 1: Health Assessment
Create a profile on EllieMD with your name, contact information, and address.
Select your product and complete a short health assessment followed by payment.
STEP 2: Medical Review
A medical provider reviews your health history to determine the best possible treatment plan for you. A phone call may be required.
If your medical provider determines you are not eligible for an EllieMD program, your payment will be refunded.
STEP 3: Pharmacy Fulfillment
If a prescription is ordered, medication will be shipped directly to your home, typically within 2–10 business days.

Every protocol I follow is developed in partnership with qualified medical providers who know my full health history. That oversight is non-negotiable for me, and it should be for you too. Ellie MD requires a provider review before anything is prescribed. Please approach any new wellness protocol as you would any medical decision — thoughtfully and with professional guidance.
